• Tracking: Once your order has been picked and packed by the fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. 

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at saphilomarketing@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the fulfillment center.
